I had placed an order No 300000274 with 24 X 7 Fresh for supply of Amul Full Cream 500 Ml Milk x 30 Days ... I made a full payment to them online on 12th April 2016 .... They have not yet started delivering the milk to my place .... I contacted them on 011-33609090 many times but they kept on giving me many delivery start date and never actually delivered... Also they do not listen to me whenever i call them and neither do they respond to my emails sent on cs@24x7fresh.in.... I had also asked them to cancel my order and reimburse me Rs 1350 and also the long telephone charges which i used to call them....They disconnected the phone whenever I asked for refund and cancellation .... Please help I want to claim Rs 1500 round out figure for the money i spent Rs 1350 + inconvenience and phone charges Rs 150 .. I am ready to let go of tel charges but i want rs 1350 back
