On 26th May, 2016, I purchased two items online from Whaaky website for Rs 649.
After 20 days, i received my item and found to be fake. As a result, I returned it back to the whaay people by spending Rs 300 as a courier charges.
They have confirmed that they have received their product back.
Now it almost going to 2 months, I have not received my refund or replaced item.
I sent so many emails but they are just telling me that your item will be dispatching within 2-3 days. They are telling me this for the last 2 months.
I request you to check and please investigate in this matter on an urgent basis so that i can get my refund including my courier charges of Rs 300.
