Refund/Replacement against supplied defective Product - LG India Ltd.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that we have purchased one LG refrigerator modal no. GLQ292SDSR-DS from Tanya Electronics on dated 10th May 2017 vide invoice no. 020, after 6 month we observed that it is not working properly, cooling was not effective,

After that we complaint in January 2018, Their engineer has visited and checked, they do something, but not resolved this problem, Again we complaint in the month of February & May 2018 same as earlier their engineer had visited and checked, but not resolved the problem, again when we called to their customer care then got the answer from them that guarantee has over but if got the same problem in your refrigerator then we will resolve it without any cost and considered as in guarantee period because your complaint is registered in guarantee period.

After annoyed with their services we call to them forcefully on dated 6th July 2018 vide complaint no. 180706082987 then their engineer visited and he changed some part and charged Rs. 2,580/- which was totally wrong. Even we are still facing same problem in our refrigerator.

After that we are informing to them on daily basis but our problem still not resolved. Some complaint no. we have as below.
