Complain Whirlpool Refund the amount of the refrigerator

15 days ago our brand new whirlpool double door got some issue while cooling. When called the agency firstly they tell that we need to buy the stabiliser and later when the condition was the same again they came and said the unit needs to be replaced and till now after more than 15 days its still in the pending approval list. The food, milk, vegetables are spoiling on a regular basis but there is no update on the request. Now after more than 15 days we are asking for refund so they are not confirming that too. We don't want any replacement, the services are worst of the whirlpool now. We just want full refund so we can buy the another one.
