We purchased Electrolux refrigerator last year July. Since then the refrigerator is not working properly. Sometimes it's freezer get ice and the refrigeration/lower portion gets heated. Ice deposited in freezer department is so much that freeze can not be useful anymore. All the essentials in the freeze/vegetables/curd/milk/Malai/drinking water/anything in that freeze is not useful after it. It's causing damage to our pocket and electricity bill also. Now it's become a routine for us. It happens bimonthly. Support from local purchased centre is not good. They just say switch off for a day and it will be ok. But it's not the way it must solved. Freeze is not brought to keep a day off every month. It's a defrost refrigerator. The local person says you have left only few months to over the servicing period/ warranty period. Is it a joke. Kya freeze isliye bech to ho aap. Ghar pe mother pareshaan na ho isliye defrost freeze liya tha. Par apki service worst he. Agar ab ye solve nhi hota he to aap freeze le Jaye hamare Ghar se.... Hame esa freeze nhi chaiye..

claim amt bill amount and harrassment faced by mother as she had to called several times at the service centre and all the refrigerated items values which were got staled/not edible/not usable. approx 40000/-
