Hello,
I bought a Samsung fridge last year and have been punished for that since last 4 months.
It was strange at first for the fridge to break down in hardly a year. And to top it all, the service center guys closed my repair request without fixing the fridge. And I had to suffer for more than 10 days without a working fridge.( Repair date - 18/1/19, Receipt no - 8466 )
On the second instance, the fridge broke down within 2 months of service. And even this time I had to beg to the support team to send someone from service center. ( Repair date - 1/3/19, Receipt no - 9571 )
And now the fridge has broken down again after running hardly for a month. And this time the service center closed my request stating that my number was not reachable ( Complain date - 19/4/19 ) And I am struggling with the support team to reach the senior person to look into the matter.
I can clearly see that I am being revenged by service center as I wrote to CEO at the first instance. Also I am attaching the reciepts for your reference. A few questions that I have for Samsung company is -
- How does the same issue occur everytime in very short span after getting the fridge serviced from the authentic service center i.e. Samsung. It is clearly evident that I am being targetted and looted by not fixing the problem properly.
- Why does my request get closed/cancelled without me being contacted. I need concrete proof and reason for doing so if they are right from their end that I was not reachable.
Its been a torture all this time in reaching out to service center and get them to repair the fridge despite of fridge not being in warranty. I request you to please look into the matter.
