I have lodge two complaints of my refrigerator ice door complaint last month on 11.11.2018 and 23.11.2018 which ref. No.-RN181111072114 and RNP181123098991 WHICH were closed by the service centre without informing me and not told about when they will provide ice door which I had purchased in 2015 from haridwar authorized dealer. Kindly help. My no.-8954484400
