Hi Sir/Madam,
I bought a new refrigerator(model No:GL-D372JHSL) worth around 30000INR on 02-May-2016. Within one month it got repaired twice.
Problem : Not cooling
1.First time repair: LG servicing took one week time to repair(filled the gas by technician) after complaining many times, even after the repair they said the problem may not be resolved completely, it may repeat again with in short period of time(Not sure when it may occur).
"When they know it, why are these people doing this kind of service to the customer".
The first problem has happened around third week of may (after two weeks of purchased date).
2.Second time Repair: After the first time service, it worked for five days and the problem started again. Then again it took three days to get the proper response from the LG(after calling 5 to 6 times to the customer care).
This time they have sent a senior technician he also checked the cooling pipe and compressor. After 15 minutes of through check, he said that there is oil leaking from the cooling pipes(attached the image while senior technician doing the repair) and he confirmed to replace the whole parts in refrigerator. (when he said that "I lost hope in using such kind of products").
My request is to replace the refrigerator with new one or payback my money. I don't have any trust on replacing the entire parts and use the refrigerator again.
since one month I faced lot of problems with this. All the food stuff stored in fridge has spoiled.
It’s like a dummy piece or display piece for me. I am extremely disappointed with the LG product
Please rectify it as soon as possible and please try to give the response fast (it’s like testing patience).
