I have tried again again to recharge but unable to recharge

I have tried again again to recharge but unable to recharge.Previous two months I am trying but that shows try after 5 days,7 days,2days and so on.I think not just two month but this may be upto this schedule do something to improve.I am feeling very bad about the app and you.I am trying to contact you but no response to you all whats going on.
