Dear Sir
I would like to inform you that i have sim card of bsnl 9531050017 and when i getting this sim i have pay 250 to Bsnl guy and the sim inactive from last 2 month and i have recharge 186/187/39 on 6 july 19 but my sim card not active till amount not refund also and 1503 bsnl Customer service are not response they pick up my call and drop kindly look into this matter ..its not about money its about service we are trust bsnl service but they giveing this service i acceptable.
