my father shri Parasnath L Mishra booked a flat of 2BHK tower-4 room no-701 in GODREJ PROPERTIES Ltd's VIHAA phase-1 badlapur project with booking amount Rs. 1 LAkh on 21 september 2015.
BUT fraudulently our booked flat was then booked to other persons name without informing us.we written two times letter urging to return our money and also sent a cancelled cheque as per their demand ,GPL did nothing. we suffered a lot mental harresement because of GODREJ PROPERTIES LTD.
