We had booked a Jayanti-Luxury in your project at Madhubani phase-1, MR No.-108/GBANK/MB, unit no-JBE/14, with an advance amount of Rs. 1,77,156 (inclusive of Tax CGST+SGST-12%)
Even after 3 months of cancellation of flat, tha mount has not been refunded. Please note that the Vastu Vihar sold me flat without registering in RERA.
My mother recently met with an accident and my father is a mental patient. Due to unavailability of money, our family is under tremendous pressure.
