Theft of luggage due to gross negligence of railway authorities

a huge degree of frustration, desperation and mental agony caused because on 27th midnight my mom mrs. Hema Dargar was traveling in AC two-tier from Secunderabad to Bikaner.being lethargic of railway authorities towards there duties first of all the train staff did not latched the door of the two tyre AC coach neither they bolted or vestibuled the door and none of the member whose duty was to be vigilant during night hours that is 11 to 6 were there so that no unauthorised person can get in.
Therefore doors for entry and exit from the train were open the entire night because of this gross negligence on the part railway staff present in the train our luggage was stolen consisting valuables worth ₹ 3,41,000. When we filed a complain regarding the same which they just took for the sake of formality because FIR was supposed to be filed at Wardha station but there railway police officials reached when train was about to depart from Wardha station so only half complain was registered so they told us that they will call us and rest of the procedure will be done on the call which they never did.
We then lodged our FIR to next station that is Badnera where the railway police told us we will call you in the evening regarding position of your complaint which they never did now when complaint was done on Twitter which read as "passenger luggage stolen between 24:00 to 6:30 from train no. 17037 Secunderabad to Bikaner exp coach A1 PNR no. 4655674664 . Description of luggage Dark blue wheel suitcase of SPACE co." I’m attaching the picture of FIR lodged at Badnera station as well as tickets. This post was tweeted on Twitter more than 10 times to different railway zones as well as Central Railway ministry, Railway police and Shri Piyush Goyal as well as letter to PM was also written. the action which was taken was action of Blame game saying jurisdiction does not lie with us or talk to concerned authority.
Its being 2 months now from the date of incident and till now the railway police response is " ma'am we are finding, its under investigation". I therefore ask this hon'ble court to grant compensation amounting ₹3,41,000 + charges for mental agony and harassment caused.
