Dear Sir/Madam,

Good Morning,

During the ticket Booking from BZA(Vijayawada) – SRC (Santragachi) Railway junctions. Tickets has been confirmed multiple times for the same Passengers & Money has been deducted from ICICI Bank account Multiple times, instead of 1 Time.
During the ticket Booking, in the first transaction. Bill Processing Error Occurred.
Due to that reason, I’ve booked for second time & tickets have been confirmed Twice rather one time.

IRCTC is not responding on this issue since from the inception of issue, please help me in getting back my amount.
