I have reserved a sleeper ticket for my daughter veena Bangalore to devaragudda on 04/10/2019 (PNR 4164268883)with waiting list by paying ₹150+17 service charges but no sleeper ticket confirmed until chart prepared after that I received a message your ticket not confirmed so we are refund ₹ 90 to your account,I wondered I paid 150+17=167,and I never cancelled the ticket,it was automatically cancelled by the IRCTC people,the why should I lost my money nothing wrong with my side, this is very injustice to common people,I lost my money even not travelled and I have to pay once again for the same purpose please change the rules,if confirmed tickets cancelled by the consumer,no problem some or full amount may deducted but in waiting list why the amount deduction?so kindly do the needful my name is Ramesh mobile 9964402079
