India Post Department - Compensation for delayed delivery of speed post article

Dear sir/madam,
A speed post with consignment number EH588715842IN had been sent from NDRI, Karnal post office (PIN: 132001) on 30th November, 2018 to Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari, Gujarat (PIN: 369450). After that when I tried to track my consignment online, I was unable get any update after 30th November. When the article did not reach the destination within the stipulated time, I made a complaint on India Post website with complaint number 10008991780 on 6th December, 2018. Even after the complaint, I was unable to get any reliable reply regarding the status of my parcel.
The parcel contained some of the important documents and a laboratory sample, which was really important to reach there before 13th December, 2018 and for that only I had posted it way before the deadline to avoid any unnecessary delay. I started calling the customer helpline everyday asking the progress of my complaint and in the end they blocked my phone number. Seeing the importance of the article I also filed an RTI with registration number POSTS/R/2018/60533 as India Post failed to reply actually where my article is. Finally the parcel is delivered on 18th December, 2018; but it carries no meaning as it was 5 days delayed than the deadline of 13th December, 2018 and it took almost 20 days to get delivered.
This entire process, not only cause my financial loss but also wasted some of my valuable time and also mentally harassed me a lot. With this complaint, I want to claim a compensation amount of Rs.50,000.00 from India post for all my financial, physical and mental losses. I request you to kindly give justice to my grievance by penalizing the India Post for their irresponsible approach, so that no fellow consumer has to suffer like me for the same issue and the faith of consumers on India Post will remain unaffected further.
