Mr. Dinesh took 200 fine againt not wearning helmet against Motor vehicle act 1988. But the fine amount is 100/- checked on internet.
Also he was not catching everyone & letting go his known people & some on call.
When i asked the question that why you are not catching everyone he started showing me power of his uniform.
