Regarding bill of more than print rate, Hotel lake view bhopal express rail reasurant Bhopal

I have visited with my friends on dated 01.05.2019 to hotel lake view bhopal express rail resaurant. We orderd drinking water, they supplied one bisleri minral water whose print rs mentioned is rs 20. But they provided a bill of amount rs 47.20 which includes gst tax but basic cost in which gst included is rs 40 which is double the print rate. We talked to manager but they said we will take rs 50 for one bisleri minral water and provided bill of amount rs 47.20
Kindly register my complaint against this hotel.
