My BP no. 1101133869 & Name : Pankaj P. Kadav, contact no. 9545488088. I have paid Rs. 6635/- to MGL (Mahanagar Gas Limited, Mumbai) on 21-dec-2018 for new PGL connection at my resident. MGL failed to provide new PGL connection till Jul-19 & no communication for refund also. In Jul-19, I have raise the complaint for refund of Rs. 6635/- but MGL deducted resistration charges Rs.885/- without providing the PGL connection & delayed of 7 months. I need registration charges Rs. 885/- with interest.
