Refund my money RS 715.50 deducted for LPG booking, Paytm BHIM UPI, SBI and Indane

Money deducted from my SBI bank account RS 715.50 for indane LPG booking,by paytm BHIM UPI .

I have to pay cash to receive the cylinder, really feeling very bad, my money deducted from my bank account,
1. Indane saying transaction is not successful fr some Reason,so they generated acash memo
2. Sbi saying not having any details because transaction done by paytm BHIM UPI
3. Paytm is saying it will take 30 days because they are depending on SBI and Indane

PL help u. Getting the refund with interest charges, Money is deducted from my bank account,and not received by merchant,where it is????
