I made a swipe on 04/02/2023 which is still not settled on 19/03/2023. Everytime I call they either put me on hold for 10-20 min and cut my call or just ask me to re-upload document with new date. I have been submitted documents from 16/02/2023 and still they close my ticket everytime and say sorry for inconvenience and reopen a new ticket and do the same. I even complain on Twitter they do the same there please help me.
