Paytm Charging late fee and affecting CIBIL

Paytm app is showing error while doing payment against my Paytm Postpaid, usually It happens easily but this time It wasn't. I tried contacting Paytm customer care but they have limited pre written limited option with BOT replies.
Now after just after the due date Paytm app showing
"Non payment of Postpaid bill will impact your CIBIL Score." Also, when M trying further App popup message "Billing in Progress
Since your Billing is in progress, we will not be able to accept your repayment at the moment. Kindly come back and repay after your bill has been generated or try again after 6 hours."
Why will I gave extra money as overdue charges ... They are affecting my CIBIL which is good 7.4+.
Please help.
