Sir,
I booked a ticket for travel from Kttarakkara to Mangalore (The Trip code of 1430TVMMPL) on 20th Oct.2017 by online. Unfortunately, that trip was canceled and I contacted the KSRTC Online booking office regarding the same. They informed me, the ticket charge which I paid to KSRTC through my debit card will be reimbursed and send to my account. But till date, I didn't receive anything from KSRTC. More than 5 or 6 times I called to e-booking office but they didn't give a proper answer to me. Also, I register a complaint in KSRTC online complaint access session and e-mail to KSRTC MD, Finance Dept., and online booking office, but still I didn't get a reply till today.
Therefore, Please Register a complaint against to KSRTC and do the necessary action on the same. I herewith attached the E-Ticket Voucher for your Information.
