booked a flight ticket from bathinda to jammu through paytm for date 13/6/18 but unfortunately the flight was cancelled by air india (i have attached cancelled air india screenshot), but i didn't received my refund even after calling several times to their customer care helpline they always say to wait for 24 hrs but never got any resolution, please into the matter and solve asap.
