I placed an order for trimmer of Philips Bt1212/15 on Paytm mall on 6 Oct 2019 and paid for the product through my credit card at my official address punjan and Sind bank branch office gajraula as I am working as an office in the same bank, I had to go for a training program at NIBSCOM Noida which is a national institute for bankers training from 9th Oct 2019 to 11 Oct 2019 so the order with order no 9395309080 got delivered at my branch in gajraula on 9th Oct at the same time when I was away on training at around 7 pm in the evening to myself as they have provided me the signature as I was unaware of the products delivery I never confirmed either through call or through any other mode that I have received the product and the delivery partners and the e portal co presumed that the product is delivered which actually was with the delivery partners only as I returned to work from training on 13th Oct I confirmed with my staff I got to know that the product was not delivered and when I checked the portal it was showing delivered when I contested the same with Paytm they refused to help as they claimed it's past three days we cannot help u but we can provide with Ur pos signature only I asked them if I haven't recieved the product and I have cctv installed at my bank premises I can prove that it was not delivered neither I had a word with Ur delivery partners or Paytm people that day how could u go ahead with the delivery and presume that the product is rightly delivered they refused to help in have called them several times but in vain they are not ready to help me and there is no fault of mine without confirmation they went ahead with the delivery they have forwarded the signature which are not mine I want to contest there claim kindly help me I have been severely been affected by this fraud.
