Amount debited from account not added to wallet and also not refunded

I did a transaction through paytm upi to add money in paytm wallet 2 times. Total amount was 600. 300 2 times. My amount was deducted from account but was not added to wallet. I tried talking to paytm but they denied any refund as well my sbi bank. I confirmed multiple times. But they all denied. Now i have no way to confirm where my money is. I really want my money bank and will follow every legal action against both party.
