2% charge on card swipe, I swipe my Credit Card for payment for 40000 thousand.

I swipe my Credit Card for payment for 40000 thousand. however they will charge me 800rs by case while i am asking about give slip for those 800rs they deny to give me those slip or event they didn't mention it on my bill. Their behavior against customer not good while i am questioning about 2% deduction.
