Wellson packers and movers mumbai, breach of contract and fraud with us and mental harrassment

As per the quotation and earlier correspondence, the amount was 20000/- for door to door services of packers and movers from powai mumbai to kota rajasthan. But after packing and loading of material, company dumped our goods to his godown and demanded for higher amount then earlier contracted. he even refused to return our good to us without more money . we transfered the money at last through google pay. then also GST invoice not provided and goods not received till 15 days.
This is mental harrassment.
