I Booked Gautam Packers And Movers Running By Tinku Dagar From Palwal (Vill- Alawalpur) For Shifting My Luggage To Mumbai On 11 Apr 22. He Charged Me 14000 Rs For This. Post Picking Up Luggage Items He Called Me When I Left My Home For Mumbai By Train, He Told Your Luggage Is Waiting In Mumbai And The Driver Is Asking For More Money Which Is Supposed To Be Paid By You. He Demanded For 2000 Rs More. Then Later He Told Me That He Is Sending Your Luggage From Haryana Which Is Supposed To Be Sent Earlier. After Two Days He Again Gave Me A Call And Told That The Driver Is Facing Difficulties In Carrying Your Item At State Border. Now You Have To Pay GST Amount. He Ask Me To Pay 2880 Rs And Now I Have Paid Him GST amount also. On 27 Apr 22 I received my luggage in a very bad state. My bike was used by them. They run it over around 450 KM till the time they parcel it in luggage. The packaging of every item was very bad. Many of things i received in broken state.
