Dear Sir/Madam, I hired Shree Packways Packers & Movers to transport my house hold items from Delhi( Maidan Garhi) to Bikaner (Lalgarh) on 6th July 2018. I found their details online and called Ankit(7011474757) for the shifting. Initially he asked for 15k + GST. But after some negotiation we settled at 13K + Taxes and the items to be delivered in 3 days. I asked him multiple times if there are any other charges, he told me there are no other charges. He asked for an advance of 2k, I told him I would pay to the driver when he comes for the pickup. Friday morning 6th July they packed and picked up the all the items from my home, after picking up the stuff they asked for an advance of 10k and rest of the amount after delivery. I paid 5K in cash and transferred 5k to MR Satender Sharma(Owner of the company)' SBI account # 32385572347. After 3 days when my items did not get delivered, I called Ankit and he told me to transfer 10k more to their bank account, then only they will deliver my items. I asked him why is he asking me to pay 10K more as I had already paid him 10K and rest 5k after delivery. And he told me that the bill is of 27K, I was shocked and surprised why he has raised a bill of 27K. I told him that I would only make payments when my items get delivered and he disconnected the call. Since than I have been calling him but they are not picking up the call. So I call the packing guy Ramu(8171380073) and he gave me another number of Ankit (8168699150). I called Ankit and he asked me to pay the amount, so I transfered 8k in the account of MR Satender Sharma' SBI account # 32385572347 on 12th July, As I had no other option. He assured me that my items would get delivered on 13th morning. Now they are not picking up my call. Please help
