On 26/07/2017 vide Invoice No.989, Bike, House Hold items were booked for transportation from New Delhi to Imphal by the above said SONI ENTERPRISES, PACKERS & MOVERS but and the same was supposed to be delivered at Imphal (Manipur). But even after lapse of more than 3.5 months the goods have not been delivered and there is no trace of the items booked. The owner Mr. NITIN THAKUR was contacted on several occasions but his reply is vague and he is not interested to answer.
His firm needs to be closed, He should pay me a compensation of Rs.1 Crore, Rs.50 Lakhs as harassment caused to me and to take stringent action against him as per Law.
