My docket no708972937 & complaint no.CS157518 with Gati. A one Cargo booked house hold items after 03 days collecting from me in Pune as I have been transferred to Chandigarh.Shipment having house hold items reached at Chandigarh on 23 May 19.Items were not being delivered to my address up to 28 May 19 after requesting so many times on contact no.8146653801/18. I have also complaint to Gati vide copmlaint no.CS157518 dated 24 May 19.But any action had not been taken by Gati team even after so many days. We are defence personnel with all family spending painfull life without house hold kichen items and expensed more than Rs15000/- for foods from hotels in 15 days. Kindly take my case seriously iro Gat and A One Cargo
