I ordered the woodland camel casual shoes with order ID 105060473 from tata cliq online shopping company and received on 12th June 2019. I used the shoes around for 4-5 days but after then the sole of that shoes was removed. The company provides the replacement guaranty for 30 days.I had compliant for returning the shoes on 30th June 2019 with reference ID 4006718726. The pickup schedule was generated but the shoes were not picked up. I contacted the tata cliq customer care many a times but everytime they said that your complaint will be resolved in coming two days but even after calling 3 to 4 times I could not get any satisfactory answer. Lastly, they said that you have used the shoes and these cant be return now. The shoes were local and what is the meaning of one month replacement guaranty then if they have not replaced these. I have not bought the shoes for putting them on any showroom. They have resolved and closed the complaint at their own on 6th July. I am not satisfied, it is a case of cheating against me by this online shopping site. I want the full refund of my money and want it to be resolved as soon as possible.
