Zomato cancelled my order and didn't refund my money

I placed an order from Zomato for a friend. First I wrote his address properly. Then whatever Keventers outlet the app showed I ordered from it. After I had placed the order the app showed the location of the outlet. It was far from my friend's place. I kept wondering if they would accept the order. But the outlet accepted the order. I thought it might be okay for them to travel that distance. The order was for Shakarpur, Delhi and the outlet was in Kamla Nagar. When the delivery boy called me, I gave his number to my friend to guide him to his place. When my friend called him, the delivery boy said that he was at some wrong location and cut his call. After that the delivery boy cancelled the order and I got a refund. I called my friend and asked what happened. He said that the delivery boy had reached a wrong location and hence he cancelled the order. I said okay and I placed the order again. This time I myself called the outlet. The outlet said that the delivery boy had arrived and I could guide him to my location. I told the delivery boy that he should call my friend and ask the route and not go the wrong way because then it will be a waste of time and petrol. The delivery boy told me that the location that was showing on his map was of Civil Lines not Shakarpur. And Shakarpur is really far from where he was presently at. If the map would tell him to go to shakarpur, he would go but he couldn't go to a location that was not showing on the map. I told him that the address I had typed was of Shakarpur, not Civil lines and he could check it. He said- 'woh sab theek hai, madam. Par humlog jo location show karta hai wahan jaate hain aur aapka location civil lines dikha raha. Main kuchh nahin kar sakta aap zomato mein baat kar lijiye.' Then I got a call from Zomato. When the zomato guy called me I told him that I had typed the address of Shakarpur with the pin and everything, how could the location showing be Civil lines? He said that map is showing civil lines and the delivery boy will go according to the map, not the typed address. I said that okay you cancel the order then. He said that since I had given a wrong address, I will not get a refund. I told him that I had not given a wrong address. He could check it. And I didn't know what went wrong with the map. But he said that according to the new policy of zomato I wouldn't get a refund for cancelled orders. I told him that it not me who is cancelling the order. I am calling you to the address I have typed and you are refusing to come. So you are cancelling the order. And just 5 minutes ago I got a refund when their delivery boy cancelled the order, so why not this time. He said that he didn't know about the previous order and how I got a refund but I wouldn't be getting a refund for this order. While I was still talking he cut my call and then I received the order cancellation message. I called the zomato number. But it didn't connect. I called the Keventers outlet. The outlet guy told me that it was between me and zomato, so he couldn't do anything in the matter. I told him to let me talk to the delivery boy. He said that the delivery boy had gone after cancelling my order. Then I messaged zomato on chat regarding the problem. Because they don't have a customer care number. I kept messaging and they kept saying that I wouldn't get a refund for cancelled order. I threatened to never order from Zomato again, then one customer care man/woman replied that I should write a mail to Zomato and then maybe they could help. I kept saying that it was their fault. I had just written the address and I hadn't even touched the map. I didn't know what went wrong with the map. The man/woman told me that he/she was trying to refund my money if possible but I should write a mail to Zomato because then only I will be helped. I wrote a mail to Zomato citing everything. But they again gave the same reason. They said that I had given a wrong address so my money wouldn't be refunded. I kept saying that I had not given a wrong address but they didn't listen and didn't reply to all my mails. They caused me mental harassment through their behavior. I felt helpless because it was not my fault. All their responses were vague initially. And they had refunded my money the first time. So I really didn't know what was wrong with the map thing. And the second time the same thing happened but this time they didn't give me my money. They also said that I was not getting the money because food had been wasted. I told them that no food was wasted. I had talked to the outlet guy and he had not handed over the order to the delivery guy. The order was not actually prepared because I had called them just after placing the order. The delivery guy didn't even receive the order. But they didn't reply to my mails again and I had to give up. I want a refund of money. The order total was 433. I want my 433 rupees back because it was not my fault. And they had falsely taken my money.
