Royal Oak in corporation - Non replacement and fixing of glasses broken during transportation

I had purchased TV Entertainment Unit form Royal Oak in corporation for which payment was made in advance ( Order No- ROY006976 ).
The item was delivered and installed on 26 July 2018. However, at the time of installation by the the mechanic arranged by the company, it was indicated by him that both the glass pieces were broken and as such he did not open the packet .
Now, both the broken glasses need to be replaced and fixed.For this, I have sent 7/8 mails apart from speaking to their Customer Care ( 7676367636) all most on daily basis but no boby has bothered to respond and arrange to resolve the matter till date.
