Refund not received till now, I placed an order on homeshop 18 on 16 june.

I placed an order on homeshop 18 on 16 june. The order was cancelled and refund was processed on 4 july. It has been 16 days and refund is not received till now. I had spoken to your customer service executive but no action has been taken. I had already mailed you 5 times but no reply was received from your end. I need the transaction ID for the refund and the refund also as soon as possible. As I'm trying to contact now it is not possible to speak to your executive team. There is no reply till date. It has been height of irresponsibility. Such pathetic services are being received from your end.
So much inconvenience has been caused because of this. I have suffered a loss only and then also you have taken no action.
