Sir,I have ordered a blackberry phone from eBay.this product of RS 5500 with using a coupon of RS 350 from a guest account with same mail id and rest of amount of 5149 by cash but phone was not as it's described and didn't working my wife 4g sim as I have gifted it to her.
Then I returned it back by the technical team pick it from my home.
Then they give me a coupan worth 5149 which was not worked properly whenever I apply it.
From 30 Dec I have called lot to ebay for concern but every time the expanding the date of timeline of giving my money.lieing that claim is raised on 03 Jan have to wait for 3 to 5 then I called on 11 Jan that time they again told me that claim raised wait for 2 days then I call on 13 Jan than they told the same,claim already raised and I have to wait for 2 days,then I call on 15 again I got same and.now I can called them today after three working days..now they told me that claim raised on.13 jan before they said it raised on 11 jan where early they always lie n told me the claim raised already whenever I called them.
They are cheating me frequently kindly sort out my problem.
