Product Installation Not being done, my last experience with Flipkart is worst.

Dear sir/mam,

I was a regular customer of Flipkart. But my last experience with Flipkart is worst. My bed was delivered in almost two months although they promised one month delivery. Now it has been a month since delivery, but the installation is not yet donr although they promised 2-3 days after delivery.

Now I have been calling them almost. They promise me to get back in 24-48 hours every time I call them, but they never get back to me. I am feeling helpless, please help me, or redirect me to the correct people who can help me.
