1. I have booked 04 flight tickets on 31 Aug 2018 for a trip to goa from kolkata on paytm for Rs. 19982/- vide paytm booking id 5925632947.

2. But to operational reason Indigo airlines has offered me 100% refund and the same was refunded to paytm by Indigo airlines in two transactions after cancellation of tickets bearing PNR number NDCQ5M,but till date paytm has not refunded my money in my bank account.

3. Whenever I call the paytm customer care they are now saying that my money will be refunded very soon and I must have some patience and understanding.
