Paid 54000 for iPhone 11 128gb and did not receive it and not at all refunded

Order I'd: 113022764 ordered iphone 11 128 gb on Tata cliq and paid 54000 for that on 6th of June the estimated delivery date was 11th but got delayed and recieved it on 12th and when the package was bought by the delhivery boy it was already tampered and seal was broken I made a video of me opening it and saw that there were dummy phones in it andwent with the delivery boy to their delhivery.com company and found out that the delivery person had stolen it and their manager claimed the amount from him and paid to Tata and sent a mail that the 0ackage has been stolen and refund the customer back the money and also uploaded on their portal that it's lost / stolen I've been calling customer support of Tata cliq since 12th and none of them resolves or responds properly they tell they will get back to me every day and delay it it's been a week and while they were investigating it they are only declining and closing the case saying that they saw the footage from where it has been dispatched but it's been stolen from the last delhivery hub from the delivery guy and also while the delhivery hub itself has updated that the package has been stolen and inspite of me saying them this thing everyday they get back to me after 3 days with the same thing and no one is resolving this and there is no other department that answers and they keep on disconnecting the call 8ts been over a week now I want my refund I have all the necessary documents regarding this issue , please resolve it that's my blood sweat money
