This is to inform you that when I came to checkin in the hotel on the due date 7-12-2019, I found my booking was canceled. I had already paid the booking amount to OYO on 6-12-2019 through internet banking and the amount has already been deducted from my account.
Thanks to the hotel people that they booked me one room after my request. I paid them full amount in cash.
I had contacted your customers service same day on 7-12-2019 at around 8 pm. I asked him to revert back my money back to my account. He told it will go back to my account next day.
But till now no money has been refunded back to my account.
Kindly refund my amount immediately.
Or otherwise suggest me to do some legal action against your company for not providing me service for which I have paid.
