I ordered GKK1 Kit for water purifier (PureIT Ultima RO+UV)from PureIt HUL on 4th Aug and as per promise it should have been delivered with in 72 hrs of order created. I received messages from HUL with order no, Dealer name and no, I called dealer immediately to install kit he said it will be done but today is 10th Aug no one has come to me for GKK1 fitting. As per HUL promise if it is not delivered in 72 hrs, they will send it free of cost. Now Dealer Lalwani sales Pune asking for money after 1 week and telling me to do whatever I want. He is saying to go to court or anywhere.
This is false promise from HUL, HUL website shows the promise but never fulfilled.
This is fraud and false commitment to Indian consumers who already bought the product
