Non refund by jiomart against failed transaction to place the order for the payment made through mob

I had paid Rs 2372.99 on Jiomart online platform through Mobikwik payment for a purchase of 5items on 6.8.2023, but the order was not found placed. While contacting Mobikwik customer care they told me that the amount had been successfully paid to Jiomart and asked me to contact Jiomart customer care. Accordingly, I made complaint to Jiomart through both phone and e-mail. The complaint along with the invoice received for the payment made from Mobikwik was e-mailed to cs@jiomart.com. They told me to wait seven working days. As no refund is made after 7days I emailed to their higher authority to cshead@jiomart.com. After expiry of 7days working time again they asked to wait for further 5days. No refund is received again after this further 5days. Only reply to wait always. Now 15days completed after the failed transaction but no refund is received.
