Hi, flipkart has flipkart mobile protection plan in which it says that a customer has to pay a premium and if in one year post buying a handset it goes through any accidental damage, it will get repaired by Jeeves. I filed a complaint on 7th June and they asked me to send the documents which I did
After calling them daily they finally replied over mail on 12 saying apart from screen there is nothing covered where as the policy says any accidental damage is covered (including screen) they asked me to state them that it's a glass back over mail which I did
On 12 June they ask documents again which I did again but on 13th June I get a reply that due to incorrect documents or no documents my policy was cancelled. I contacted flipkart, Jeeves but they keep on saying your issue will be solved. My mobile phone was of 40k and I took the insurance of 399. But I was refused service
