To my disappointment, their customer service is quite pathetic, extremely slow and exhausting. I have been trying to get my mattress exchanged for last 1 whole month. Initally I had to call their customer team twice a day explaining everything again & again to check status because you they wouldn't process my request. I trusted their brand hence did the mistake of buying something online. Little did I know Kurl on will be a cheat as well. While buying, my product showed 10k voucher hence I bought the mattress because ideally i needed two mattresses. Thinking that obviously I'll use the voucher for the second mattress. I also clarified from their team twice. They confirmed that I can avail it after registering for warranty, simple process. After 3 or 4 calls some guy told me it was for south India and it can be availed. this is rubbish. I have fooled just for your reference sharing the long list of calls I had to do and yet after almost 1 month THOUGHT MY COMPLAINT IS APPROVBED I still haven't received the mattress and my voucher!!!!!!
