I purchased a new phone on 9th Oct from Flipkart in exchange offer. That means they have to picked up my old phone during the delivery of new phone and transfer the old phone amount in the bank account. But they are not picking my old phone and not transferring the money of old phone which is Rs 5601. After doing lot of back and forth with them, they are not working on the same.
