I ordered ( Order No.- 1092008-1056775-3970301) a product from Myntra costing INR. 705/- ( see the attachment 1) on October 21, 2018. It’s been almost one month, I didn’t receive the order. Now they are saying the we have lost the track of order, so we have initiated the refund of 705 and asked to reorder. Now if I reorder the same product then It is costing me 1175 (after applying the compensation coupon (78 INR) offered by them) (see the attachment 2). My concern is: why I should pay a higher amount for the same product which they were unsuccessful to deliver me?? I should get the same product is the same price (705). Please help me in sorting this out. Regards Sachin
