This is regarding order id 2001335341.I ordered through zomato i have received the food and paid ₹ 162 for the order.But the company says the order got cancelled & charged ₹358 for the same & it reflects on my zomato account so whenever i order next i will have to pay ₹358 extra which is unethical.
Also would like to bring to your notice that even after my several mails to the company and chat support the company denies waiving off the extra and wrong cancellation charges.Due to this i am unable to order as i will have to pay again for the order which has already been cleared.
This kind of service and customer support is not expected out of zomato and i am extremely disappointed.Please look in to the same and revert at the earliest.
