Sir i have ordered a hindware air cooler from flipkart on 25/5/2017 threw bajaj finance card but that product was defective then i have registered a complaint for return but flipkart just scheduled a tech visit and then he relised that product was really defective and unsufficient for customer but yet have not refunded my money back and in that case finance company has been charged penalty charges on me Rs. 450 /- inr So please sir brought me my refund soon from them.
