I purchased from flipkart reno 10x zoom which includes buy back guarantee and mobile full protection(includes accidental fall), I received the unit on 10 June, on 25 July the phone fall from my hand and front screen damaged in top right corner. So I claimed for insurance for which they ask Rs 1500 I paid on 30 June. Once they got fund they are not responded after several complaints to flipkart they collected the device on 5 July through blue dart and 7 July they confirmed they got the device. Then there was no response I ask for unit updates on 24th they informed they will call back on 25. On 25 they informed the phone cannot be repaired as the part is not available. When I ask which part they don't know about it. Moreover they are asking to collect 80% of unit which I refused. As this is clear case of forgery. They are getting new device in 80%.
